Network and Communications Technical Committee (NCTC) is an official organization of the IEEE Control Systems Society. Its goal is to promote communications among network and complex systems modeling and control researchers. The current chair of NCTC is Weibo Gong.
There are currently four working groups under this committee. They are:
Working Group on Communication Networks, chaired by Professor Rayadurgam Srikant.
Working Group on Finance Systems, chaired by Professor Ioannis C. Paschalidis .
Working Group on Manufacturing Systems, chaired by Professor Qing Zhang .
Working Group on Simulation Modeling, chaired by Professor Liyi Dai.
Please check with the working group chairs if you are interested in the activities.
NCTC have been involved in organizing the first NSF-ARO Workshop on Control and Systems Issues in Communication Networks held in Airlie, Virginia, in August 8-10, 1996. During the workshop many researchers expressed the desire to know other's most recent research work. This leads to the following list of the home page addresses of researchers in the area. This list is based on the participants list of the above mentioned workshop and is certainly not complete. We welcome you to submit your home page address. If you don't want to be listed please let us know and we will take your name out as soon as possible. Any suggestions and comments are appreciated.
