I have designed a nand gate in cmos , part of my lab assignment..see it !

A ring oscillator can be used as an on chip thermal sensor to sense temperature..its pretty cool !! me and my friend basab datta analyzed this circuit and have found some results. see them here.

I am currently involved in designing a system to avoid power viruses getting into the chip. This would reduce the thermal attacks on the chip. See the project here.
